PURPOSE:To decrease the data collecting time when only a partial region of a semiconductor memory is used in a short period of measurement, by collecting only the effective measurement data within a semiconductor memory to a magnetic cassette tape. CONSTITUTION:The measuring pulse fed from a detector 201 connected to a measuring device like a watthour meter, etc. is counted and then stored for each fixed time to a semiconductor memory 204 by a load measuring device 2. In addition to this device 2, a data recorder 3 is added to record and collect the data of the memory 204 to a cassette tape 4. The device 2 is provided with a measuring counter 203 which counts the measuring pulses, the memory 204 which stores the measured data, a clock circuit 206 which decide the time when the measured value of the counter 203 is written to the memory 204, a control circuit 202 which produces data writing/reading control signals for the memory 204, an input/output circuit 205 which performs input/output of data to the recorder 3, and a power supply circuit 2 for the device 2. |
