PURPOSE:To prevent a spud from being damaged by a high sea by a structure wherein a longitudinally extending spud housing space with the same length as the total length of an inclined type spud and a pulling-into means for pulling the spud from the inclined position at work into the housing position are provided onto an upper deck. CONSTITUTION:The spud housing space with the same length as the total length of the inclined type spud to moor a dredger at a predetermined site at work is longitudinally provided onto the upper deck. In addition, the pullint-into means consisting of a hydraulic cylinder mechanism, a carriage, which shiftably supports the spund, and the like is provided at the end of the spud housing space. When the spud is out of use or the working boat is towed or the sea is running high, the spud is taken in on the upper deck by means of the pulling-into means in order to prevent the spud from being damaged and the like. |
