PURPOSE:To provide the titled excellent treating liquid consisting only of harmless substances, obtained by incorporating a reaction promotor for specific multivalent metal oxide and polysodium acrylate in a mixture consisting of two kinds of specific inositol hexaphosphate. CONSTITUTION:Hexasodium triethylenetetraminehexaacetate and polysodium acrylate are incorporated in a mixture consisting of potassium inositol hexaphosphate and nickel inositol hexaphosphate obtained by reacting inositol hexaphosphate, potassium carbonate and nickel carbonate to obtain a desensitizing liquid which is used in processing an electrophotographic copy material having an image formed by an electrophotographic method into an original plate for offset printing. This liquid contains no ferrocyanide nor ferricyanide compounds causing environmental pollution problems and deteriorated by heat and light, but contains only harmless compounds as constituents. |
