The invention relates to a device for connecting sewer pipes (2, 3) to a sewer shaft (1) consisting of concrete or the like, there being connection sockets (5, 6) fitted in a sealed manner into the shaft wall, into which sockets an inlet sewer pipe (2) and an outlet sewer pipe (3) can be pushed and can be inserted in a sealed manner and the connection sockets (5, 6) pass completely through the concrete shell of the shaft (1). One of the connection sockets, in particular the connection socket (5) on the inlet side (14), has a diameter which is at no point less than the diameter of the sewer pipe (2), so that the sewer pipe can be pushed into the shaft (1), and a second connection socket, in particular the connection socket arranged on the outlet side, has an inwardly protruding annular shoulder (16), which limits the pushing-in depth of the sewer pipe (3) and the inside diameter of which is approximately the same as the inside diameter of the sewer pipe (3). As a result, the connection of the sewer pipes (2, 3) to a finished shaft (1) is made possible.
