PURPOSE:To receive a sound multiplex signal in an excellent way, by using an IF signal output point of a tuner as a branching point of the sound multiplex signal, and applying the sound multiplex signal from the branching point to an adaptor for sound multiplex signal demodulation via a high impedance output circuit. CONSTITUTION:The adaptor 11 is incorporated with a filter 11a, a sound IF circuit 11b, a sound FM detector 11c, and a matrix circuit 11d, an output terminal of the tuner 3 is connected to the high impedance output circuit 13 via a capacitor 12, and the output of the circuit 13 is connected to an input terminal of the adaptor 11. Through the provision of the circuit 13, no intercarrier beat takes place even if a lead wire out of the circuit 13 is long. Thus, the adaptor 11 is installed at an arbitrary position as to a TV receiver 1. |
