MIDDLE LOW SPEED NO-LUBRICATION BEARING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To provide a no-lubrication bearing excellent in lasting quality by bringing a wavy bush formed of an inorganic material into loose contact between a movable portion and a fixed portion, each outermost layer surface of which is formed of a synthetic resin material. CONSTITUTION:A lining of a synthetic resin is applied to the outermost layer portion 2 of a fixed portion 1 and the outermost layer portion 4 of a movable portion in a bearing device. A wavy bush 5 formed of a metallic material or an inorganic material having continuous projections 6 and 7 projected alternately in the opposite direction and a slit 8 is mounted in a vacant space between the outermost portion 2 of the fixed portion 1 and the outermost portion 4 of the movable portion 3. The coefficient of friction between such materials of different kinds is extremely small so that the lasting quality of the bearing device is improved.
