PURPOSE:To obtain large speed reduction ratio with small size, by connecting a planetary carrier or inscribed roller in each planetary mechanism respectively having plural sun rollers connected to an input shaft. CONSTITUTION:If an input shaft 10 is rotated at (n) rpm, both sun rollers 1, 5 are also rotated at (n) rpm. Here if an inscribed roller 2 of a planetary mechanism is fixed not to be rotated by an input from an output shaft 11, a planetary rolling unit 3 starts to rotate without causing a slip. This rotary motion is performed on its own axis at [D1(D3-D4)/D3(D1+D2)]n rpm, further the roller 2 is fixed, and said rotary motion is performed around the shaft 10 at [D1/(D1+D2)]n rpm. An inscribed roller 6 starts rotation by differential action, here the ratio of speed of the shaft 10 to speed of the roller 6, that is, the reduction ratio (m) as ratio of input speed to output speed becomes m=output speed/input speed=[D1/ (D1+D2)-D5/(D5+D6)].(D5+D6)/D5. |
