PURPOSE:To obtain a developer superior in transfer efficiency, etc., by using an electrophotographic developer contg. polyester resin, etc., having >=10<13>OMEGAcm electric resistivity and >=151muc/g triboelectric charge amt. CONSTITUTION:A heat fixable electrophotographic developer consisting essentially of a resin and a colorant contains a polyester resin and a styrene-polybutadiene copolymer as a resin component, and an aliphatic resin optionally as a mold releasing agent, and it has at least >=10<13>OMEGAcm electric resistivity, and >=151muc/g triboelectric charge amt. Said constitution provides a developer superior in image quality and transfer efficiency, and reduced in offset in fixing and good in productivity. |
