PURPOSE:To stop stably the shift of an original pressing plate at an optional region having an open angle larger than a fixed value, by providing said original pressing plate, an elastic member, a friction member, etc. CONSTITUTION:When an original pressing plate 2 is opened, the axial core line of a hinge pin 7 gets out of the axial core line of a calking pin 5. Then an oscillating member 8 turns clockwise a supporting member 6, and the balance is kept at about 30 deg. between the counterclockwise revolving torque which is applied to the member 6 from the plate 2 and the clockwise revolving torque which is due to a compressed coil spring 11 and applied to the member 6 via the member 8. In this case, the friction power produced by a friction member 13 becomes maximum. This friction power can cope with the variance of each torque although the opening of the plate 2 increases. Thus the plate 2 can be stopped stably with an open angle larger than a fixed value. |
