PURPOSE:To manufacture the titled pipe joint having the seal retaining groove of a complex shape, by taking out a molded product together with a core body from a mold after opening the mold and softening the molded product by heating, then drawing it forcibly. CONSTITUTION:A cavity is shaped by putting the slide core in which the sustaining shaft 252a of the slide part 252 penetrated with the guide hole 252b for a tapered pin 27 is inserted in the fitting hole 251a of the core body 251 having the same outer shape as the inner face shape of a pipe joint 10 in the internal space shaped by a bottom force 22 and a top force 24. Then, after a molten resin is injected into the cavity and solidified, the core body 251, being attached with the molded pipe joint 10, is drawn from the slide part 252 of the slide core 25 and after the pipe joint 10 is softened by heating at the temperature which can restore it, the pipe joint 10 is parted forcibly from the core body 251 and the deformed part of the pipe joint 10 is made to recover its original shape by a restoring force, then cooled and solidified. |
