OUTPUT CONTROLLER FOR TURBINE GENERATOR

PURPOSE:To prevent a valve control which is unnecessary of an intercept valve by obtaining the valve control signal of the intercept valve of a turbine speed control system in combination with a speed deviation signal based on the rotating speed deviation of a generator and a defect type signal. CONSTITUTION:Speed deviation discriminators 11A, 11B output speed deviation signals when the speed deviation amounts XA, XB obtained through an incomplete differentiator for the rotating speed deviations DELTAomegaA, DELTAomegaB of turbine generators 8A, 8B, XA=DELTAomegaA.TA.S/(1+TA.S), XB=DELTAomegaB.TB.S/ (1+TB.S), where TA, TB represent the time constant of the incomplete differentiator, S=j) exceed the specified values alphaA, alphaB. Defect detectors 12A, 12B transmit the defect signal of the system to a necessary generator plant. The high speed control signals of the intercept valves of the generators 8A, 8B are outputted under the AND conditions of the speed deviation signal and the defect type signal. In this manner, high speed valve control can be adequately started only case of necessity.
