PURPOSE:To enable the cutting of a food such as fresh pounded rice cake with single hand, and to improve the cutting workability, by synchronizing the cutting motion of a cutter with the rotational motion of a screw for extruding the food. CONSTITUTION:The food to be processed (e.g. fresh pounded rice cake) is fed into the case 3 of the main body, extruded by the rotation of the screw 8 through the nozzle 5a of the case 3, and cut with the cutter 15 attached to the nozzle 5a. In the above food processing machine, the rotation of the screw 8 is transmitted to the cutter 15 as the cutting motion by the transmission means 14. The rotation of the cutter 15 is synchronized to the rotation of the screw 8 by this mechanism, and accordingly, the cutting can be carried out with single hand, and the cutting workability can be improved. |
