PURPOSE:To provide meat having the deliciousness of a high-quality meat, containing various nutrients, and having balanced nutritive value for human body, at a low cost, by adding a seasoning to a medium or low grade meat available at a low cost. CONSTITUTION:A medium or low grade meat available at a low cost is added with a seasoning such as aroma-type seasoning, and cut to proper blocks. The meat may be added with a nutrient comprising liquid, powder or solid of carbohydrate (e.g. grain flour, sucrose, lactose, etc.), proteins, inorganic matters, vitamins, etc. or with a combination of the nutrient and the seasoning before cutting. A seasoned meat having the comparable taste with high-quality meat can be prepared from an inexpensive meat having relatively low grade by this process. Furthermore, the addition of one or more kinds of carbohydrates, proteins, inorganic matters, vitamins, etc. affords seasoned nutrient meat having balanced nutritive value for human body. |
