CONSTITUTION:The fresh bones and marrows of a food animal are used as main materials, and are finely ground, mixed, and frozen. If necessary, the prepared seasoning agent is mixed with an agent for promoting the dispersion of the agent in the boiling soup. Since the bones and marrows are ground and mixed in the form of fine particles, the taste components can be dispersed and dissolved rapidly into the soup. There is absolutely no coarse feeling to the palate characteristic to the bones, and the bone component can be easily digested and absorbed because the bones are ground to fine particles.
