摘要 PURPOSE:To simplify the titled method and to enhance the preciseness thereof, by a method wherein an object to be inspected is passed through a column filled with a particulate substance carrying a reactive substance and sensitizing latex with known concn. is subsequently passed therethrough to measure the concn. of the sensitizing latex issued from the column. CONSTITUTION:A column filled with a particulate substance carrying an immunologically reactive substance is prepared and an object to be inspected such as serum, blood or urine is passed through said column. Because an antibody is carried, the antigen in the object to be inspected is reacted to be bonded to the surface of the particulate substance. Concretely, after the object to be inspected is passed through the column (c) from a syringe (b), a definite amount of sensitizing latex with known concn. is injected again from the syringe (b) by a syringe pump (a). The eluted sensitizing latex is received by a cell (d) and the turbidity is measured by a spectrophotometer. By converting this turbidity by a graph, a number of polymer particles in the sensitizing latex can be determined.
