PURPOSE:To prevent a heat exchanging liquid from mixing with another heat exchanging liquid by a method wherein the pressure of a circulation pump for the first liquid is made higher than that of a circulation pump for the second liquid and the pump for the first liquid is driven first when a heat exchange operation is performed. CONSTITUTION:The higher pressure pump 2 for the first liquid A is driven first and after detecting that a flow rate sensor 8 for the second liquid B indicates zero or the temperature indicated by a thermosensor 9 is within a predetermined temperature range, the lower pressure pump 6 for the liquid B is driven. In this case, the pressures of the pumps 2 and 6 are regulated such that the pressure indicated by a pressure sensor 4 becomes higher than the pressure indicated by a pressure sensor 7. Further, the above mentioned predetermined temperature range means a range of temperature variation of the liquid B when the liquid is kept standing without leaking at the time of starting the pressure feeding of the liquid A. |
