PURPOSE:To transfer the heat of a coil to an entire magnetic circuit to cool the coil by dipping a coil unit in cooling liquid which is filled in the magnetic circuit. CONSTITUTION:Cooling liquid 18 is filled in the space in a magnetic circuit, and seals 17 are mounted on the inner and outer peripheries of the parallel section of the output side of an outer peripheral yoke 13, a central yoke 12 and a coil 15. Thus, the heat of the coil section is transferred through the liquid 18 having high thermal conductivity into the entire magnetic circuit, thereby largely increasing the apparent thermal capacity. Accordingly, the heat of the coil 15 can be suppressed, thereby allowing larger current to flow. |
