PURPOSE:To attain a mass production of width oscillators without variance of production, by adhering plural rectangular plates cut out of a piezoelectro-magnetic block and then polished in the same direction and then melting the adhered areas after cutting the rectangular plate with a fixed space to obtain electrodes. CONSTITUTION:The upper and lower surfaces 41 and 42 of rectangular piezoelectric magnetic plates which are cut out of a piezoelectric block polarized previously are polished to parallel planes. Then the thickness (w) is decided based on the resonance frequency in a no-electrode state. The plural piezoelectro-magnetic plates are adhered together by an organic adhesive with both polarizing and lengthwise directions all set in the same direction. Then these piezoelectro-magnetic plates are put on each other and then cut with a fixed space and in parallel to the polarizing direction of each piezoelectro-magnetic plate and also in parallel or vertical to the lengthwise direction. Thus wafer electrodes are obtained. These electrodes are molded, and the adhesive is dissolved with an organic solvent. |
