PURPOSE:To improve the operation efficiency by painting or coating a steel plate for forming the open box body and assembling it in the microwave heating single function type high-frequency heater. CONSTITUTION:The steel plate 1 for forming the open box body is plated 2 with zinc, and coated with a coating material 3 made of polypropylene, dielectric loss thereof is little. The steel plate 1 is pressed to mold box body sections 4-6, and these box body sections 4-6 are assembled. According to the constitution, special paints need not be used, its operation efficiency is improved, and cost can be reduced. |
