PURPOSE:To exactly detect a liquid quantity without being influenced by vibration of a container, by electrically detecting the displacement of a torsion structure body which is torsion-displaced by empty weight of the container and a liquid to be measured. CONSTITUTION:A titled device is provided with a torsion structure body 1 whose one end and other end are fixed to a container 2 of a liquid to be measured and stays 3, 4, respectively, and which is torsion-dispalced by empty weight of the container 2 and the liquid to be measured, a detecting part DET for electrically detecting the torsion displacement in this structure body 1, and a display part IND for displaying its output. The display part IND is provided with a current value detecting circuit for generating a pulse width signal corresponding to a liquid quantity of the liquid to be measured, in accordance with a signal from the detecting part DET, a pulse width detecting circuit for generating a signal of a pulse number being in proportion to pulse width from its pulse width signal, a timing pulse generating circuit for generating a signal at every prescribed time, and an indicator for displaying a liquid quantity by averaging a value corresponding to the pulse number from the pulse width detecting circuit, at every prescribed time. |
