PURPOSE:To determine the classification ratio of white blood corpuscles easily by classifying the detection signals for blood corpuscles with 2 sets of threshold circuits, etc. differing in threshold value. CONSTITUTION:The output of a blood corpuscle detector 1 is processed with threshold circuits 2, 3 having different set threshold values and corresponding monostable multivibrators 4, 5 and is made into detection pulses of different sizes. The pulses are applied to averaging circuits 6, 7 such as integration circuits or the like wherein capacitors and resistors are connected in parallel. The voltages corresponding to the detection times of the blood corpuscles in a unit time are generated from said circuits and the classification ratio of the blood corpuscles is determined by a divider 8. Thus, the classification ratio of the white blood corpuscles of the lymphocytic shape and the white blood corpuscles of the granular spherical shape having the different sizes changing according to the condition of a disease, etc. is determined automatically and easily. |
