PURPOSE:To execute a multistage warning, by estimating a future state by use of a physical quantity for showing a state of an object to be monitored and a quantity for showing a ratio of a time variation of said quantity, comparing it with a dangerous state set in advance, and deciding a degree of danger. CONSTITUTION:A state monitoring and alarming device is constituted by providing a physical quantity detecting device 1, a time variation operating device 2 of a physical quantity, a phase face analyzing device 3, a danger degree deciding device 4, a danger range setting device 5 and an alarm warning device 6. The physical quantity detecting device 1 is a sensor for measuring main parameters for showing a state of an object device, a plant system, etc., namely, displacement, speed, acceleration, force, temperature, pressure, flow rate, radiation quantity, pulse number, etc., and that which is suitable for a selected physical quantity is used. |
