PURPOSE:To provide the titled device capable of reducing the stand-by time for mounting a forming material and removing a formed article by a method wherein clamp frames are conveyed circularly on the horizontal surface and forming dies are supported on a forizontal mount slidably through air bearings. CONSTITUTION:Working stations T1-T6 are arranged horizontally. The synthetic resin plate (a) is pinched in the clamp frame 1, at T1 heated and softened on both vertical sides at T2, T3, formed into a box form at T4, pulled out of the forming dies at T5 and removed from the clamp frame at T6. The horizontal mount 127 that can move horizontally by a motor is provided, while the farming die 112 is supported slidably on the mount through the air bearing 123 and simultaneously the compressing chamber 106 and the forming die are made up so that they can be fixed or released freely by the autoclamper 125 at the desired position. |
