PURPOSE:To enable the pressing of a metal mold without using an expensive apparatus such as an oil hydraulic apparatus, by a method wherein the wedge- shaped slider is arranged behind the metal mold stamping a work under pressure and slid by a drive means such as an eccentric cam. CONSTITUTION:One of a pair of metal molds 3, 4 stamping a work W under pressure is fixed and, behind the other metal mold 4, a wedge shaped slider 7 is arranged in a reciprocally movable manner through a surface plate 8 and a pusher 9. When a pair of eccentric cams 18 are rotated and driven by a motor 23, the wedge shaped slider 7 is slid to a direction Y while a pusher 9 slid along the inclined surface 11 thereof by a spring 12 is moved to a direction X and, with the advance thereof, the work W is strongly pressed to the stamping metal mold 3 by the press metal mold 4 to be stamped. |
