PURPOSE:To prepare continuously a thermally shrinkable tube of a five diameter free from deformation, break, lengthwise stretch, ununiform thickness, and irregular expansion and of a fine diameter by a method wherein a blank tube is wrapped up by an endless belt of an air-permeable, and heat-resisting tape and passed through a heating portion, alpha shaping portion, and a cooling portion. CONSTITUTION:A blank tube 1 is passed through a heating portion 2, a decompression-expansion portion 3, and a cooling portion 4 which surrounded in the endless belt (made of a air-permeable and heat-resisting tape) 5 running at the same speed as the blank tube 1. EFFECT:The preparing cost of the thermally shrinkable tube is reduced due to continuously prepare the above tube of a five diameter. |
