PURPOSE:To make changing of cam unnecessary by adjusting the amount of contact of a roll that is in contact with a forming cam provided separately and a roll that is in contact with a knock out cam, and thereby controlling sliding of a pin fitted in a die forming hole in accordance with a formed contact product. CONSTITUTION:In changing the length of the leg of a composite contact W of rivet type, the amount of movement of a lever by a cam 17 is adjusted automatically by moving a roll 19 in accordance with the change of size of the leg, and fixing to the lever 12, and a pin 5 is protruded in the direction of a die 4 through rods 11, 10, according to the width of adjustment. The amount of contact of a roll 18 to a cam 16 is changed in the same way, and the amount of movement of caulking of the contact material can be changed freely. |
