PURPOSE:To obtain a chain leader simple for mutual connection and optimum for mass production, by a method wherein a partial cut cylindrical body molded by extrusion is made a ring body with end by cutting it short and plural pieces of said ring bodies are connected by the mutual connection of cut parts. CONSTITUTION:For example, the partical cut cylindrical body 5 molded with extruding machine 1 is formed to be the ring body with end 6 by cutting it short with cutter, and the chain leader is obtained by a method wherein plural pieces of said ring bodies with end are connected by the connection of said ring body with end 6 by the cut part 7. Further, it is preferable that the gap dimension (k) of cut part 7 is formed to be smaller than the width dimension (l) of ring body with end 6. Furthermore, chain leader should preferably be continuously coupled by the connection of the cut part 7. |
