A mobile singing room system by using a vehicle and method of serving the same are provided to utilize an event, product, company information, and electioneering tour by using an advertisement of an outer vehicle and the singing room system. The mobile singing room system has internet communication equipment installed on an inner portion of a vehicle such as a bus, a truck, and a trailer for downloading contents of music and image and for communicating with a central center. A GPS unit is installed on the internet communication equipment for grasping a position of the vehicle. The mobile singing room system includes a monitor(11), a sound equipment(12), light facilities(13a,13b,13c) a ventilating equipment(14), a soundproof facilities, and an air condition equipment(15) installed on the inner portion of the vehicle. The vehicle has an openable lateral surface for using the singing room system.
