A gas burner for automatic ignition is provided to employ a flame detection sensor capable of controlling the internal state of a hub valve according to ignition of a burner section. A gas burner for automatic ignition includes a hub valve(10) and an ignition trigger(20). In the hub valve, an injection hole is connected to a gas supply section and a discharge hole(12) is connected to a burner section. The hub valve includes a knob cock regulating the flow of the gas from the injection hole to the discharge hole. The ignition trigger is integrated with the hub valve and generates a flame in the burner section by a knob cock. A branch section is provided in the discharge hole of the hub valve. A pressure reduction pipe is provided with a pressure reduction unit in addition to the discharge pipe from the branch section to the burner section. A flame device operated in connection with the ignition trigger is provided at one end of the pressure reduction pipe.
