The disengageable bearing coupling piece (2) has an exterior ring (3) and an interior ring (4) with ball bearings (5) between the two. A manoeuvring piece (6) has a cylindrical guide (7) and a disc part (9) with a flange (33) that has an anchoring edge (34). The length of the anchoring edge (34) is sufficient for it to engage in an annular groove (35) in the coupling piece to fix the latter to the manoeuvring piece. Alternatively the anchoring edges can be provided on the cylindrical part of the manoeuvring piece and then they engage in an annular groove in the interior coupling piece periphery.
