发明名称 MOVING MECHANISM OF LASER SEAM WELDING
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency in multikind and small quantity production of electronic parts, by using one unit of welding machine in laser seam welding of round and square can cases for the electronic parts. CONSTITUTION:An adjusting base 2 for height is fixed to a locating pin 1 to be used exclusively for a square can case of a base for fixing longitudinal and transverse positions and a cam 15 for correcting height on long and short sides is mounted to a spindle 14 of a rotary solenoid in the case of changing the production from a round can case to square can case. A cap 17 and a base 18 are assembled to jigs 16, 19, 20 for the square can case, and are mounted to a rotary base 11, whereby the preparation for welding is completed. The laser seam welding of the square can case is accomplished by matching the irradiation position of a laser to the position 21 first and welding a long side 22 then rotating the jigs by 180 deg. by controlling a pulse motor 3 and welding a long side 23. A short side 24 is welded by rotating the jigs by 90 deg. welding the short side 24 then controlling the pulse motor to rotate the jigs by 180 deg. and welding another short side 25.
