PURPOSE:To obtain a clad steel plate efficiently and continuously by press sticking and rolling the dissimilar casting plates which are cast separately with a pair of cooling rolls immediately with a pair of press sticking and rolling rolls. CONSTITUTION:A pair of cooling rolls 5 which are horizontal and parallel in axial lines and a pair of gates 10a, 10b for forming molten steel wells 11a, 11b having the component compsns. differing in each other on the outside circumferential surfaces of the rolls 5 are prepared. Two kinds of different molten steels 12a, 12b are supplied to the gates 10a, 10b and are brought into contact with the outside circumferential surfaces of the rolls 5, whereby the molten steels are solidified. A pair of the solidified cast steels 12a', 12b' are removed downward. The plates 12a', 12b' are press stuck and rolled immediately with a pair of press sticking and rolling rolls 13 disposed below the rolls 5. A clad steel plate 14 is thus obtained efficiently and continuously. |
