An LCD is provided to reduce the variation of common voltage due to different positions of pixels, thereby decreasing flicker and afterimage, by forming different thin film transistors with different parasitic capacitances in different pixels. An LCD comprises a first pixel having a first thin film transistor(Tref) and a second pixel having a second thin film transistor(Tr). The first thin film transistor has a first channel width/channel length ratio and a first gate-drain parasitic capacitance. The second thin film transistor has a second channel width/channel length ratio and a second gate-drain parasitic capacitance. The first and second channel width/length ratios are uniform, and the first and second gate-drain parasitic capacitances are different from each other.
