<p>PURPOSE:To enable the assembling of a damper to the chassis semiautomatically by one worker, by mounting a damper carried by a carrying means to a mounting/supporting means then lifting/lowering and rotating the mounting supporting means following the carrying of chassis. CONSTITUTION:The assembling system comprises a means 2 for carrying the chassis horizontally, a means 5 for carrying a damper 4 preassembled with a brake drum 3 horizontally, a means 6 movable up and down and freely rotatable to support the damper 4 from said means 5, a means 7 for carrying said means 6 in parallel with the chassis at the side of said means 2 and perpendicularly to the carrying direction toward the chassis, and a balance cylinder 8 provided continuously with said means 6. While oscillating and fine adjusting said means 6 with a lever, the damper 4 is transferred from the means 5 to means 6 then the means 6 is rotated to the chassis side 1 by a handle 66 in accordance with the carrying of the chassis 1 and moved up and down to assemble the damper 4 to the chassis 1.</p> |
