PURPOSE:To easily manufacture a decorative-laminated sheet lined with metal having excellent workability in bending, by making a metallic sheet adhere with the aid of an adhesive sheet to a part except a part, predetermined to be bent, of the backside of a decorative sheet having a core layer consisting of a base material impregnated with synthetic resin and a decorative layer. CONSTITUTION:Base materials of a decorative layer consisting of a resin impregnated sub-liner paper 2, a resin impregnated pattern paper 3, and a resin impregnated overlay paper 4 are mounted in sequence on a core layer 1 consisting of about four layers of resin impregnated kraft papers, and an adhesive sheet 6 containing butyl rubber, etc. is arranged beneath the backside of the layer 1 except a part 5, predetermined to be bent, and further metallic plates 7 are arranged beneath the sheet 6, and a sheet-shaped material 8 of the same material as that of the plates 7 is also arranged beneath the part 5 respectively. Next, after hot pressing said laminated materials into one body, a decorative- laminated sheet 9 lined with the plates 7 is obtained by removing the material 8. The sheet 9 mentioned above is easily bent by softening a bending part under heating with the aid of a heater 11. |
