A prefabricated modular multi- functional litter bin with the flexibility in replacing individual components. The components are made mainly from AISI stainless steel 304 material forming a versatile and functional advertising display stand, an ashtray container to serve as a multi-functional litter bin or recycle container, scalable in several geometric combination configurations utilising the prefabricated side panels and components.
