To produce cast pieces of explosives, a casting head (3) is designed as a hydrostatic casting device (1). On the bottom side, the casting head (3) has valves (11-13) arranged in a chess board manner. The valve rams (12) are correspondingly arranged on a ram bridge (20) and are lifted off from their valve seats (11-13) by means of a lifting device (22) for the ram bridge (20) and then closed again.
