The invention relates to a lock cylinder for a motor-vehicle lock, having radially arranged tumbler pins and a rotor which bears with a head against an annular shoulder of the stator bore and has, on its outwardly pointing end face, a spring-loaded dust cap covering a key-insertion orifice and in the rotor head of which a downwardly pointing drainage channel is present, and in the stator wall surrounding the latter a further downwardly pointing drainage channel being provided. An annular groove is cut out from the rotor head, and the stator is provided with an annular groove as a counterpart to this. The clear cross-sections thus complete one another to form a continuous annular channel. This prevents water which has penetrated into the lock cylinder from being trapped as a result of the close fits between the rotor-head circumference and the stator.
