PURPOSE:To achieve the simplification and a higher reliability of the production process by arranging a shape memorizing alloy used as a current collector of an electrode in an element so as to be held into a molding during the pressing while exposed partly therefrom by heating it above the temperature of transformation until it is connected to a lead. CONSTITUTION:A molded element is formed with a molding press to be a laminate of a copper-plated copper net 9, a paired electrode 3 mainly composed of copper sulfide, a solid electrolyte 42, a working electrode 1 produced by mixing copper sulfide and a solid electrolyte, a current collector 11, a solid electrolyte 41, a reference electrode 2 mainly composed of copper sulfide and a copper-plated copper net 9. The current collector 11 is formed from a Cu-Zn-Al alloy so arranged that the temperature of transformation reaches about 300 deg.C in the change of the shape. It is hot worked into a wire of 0.5mm.phi, undergoes a copper plating after cut and quenched and then, bent by about 3mm. at the tip thereof almost at the right angle. The current collector 11 is so arranged that the bent tip thereof gets into contact with the outer wall of the molding while the other end tip comes almost to the center thereof. As the tip of the current collector 11 is heated briefly up to 350 deg.C, it is exposed outside the molding and soldered on a lead. |
