PURPOSE:To enable to safely use a plurality of room heaters with a simple structure by providing a changeover switch which has two switching contacts switched by a relay coil when temperature detecting means buried in an electric heat collecting implement body together with a heater becomes the set value of a temperature regulator. CONSTITUTION:When an electric box-shaped foot warmer body 1 is placed on an electric heat collecting implement body 9 and a plug 5 is connected to a plug socket 12 and energized, temperature detecting means 11 is initially at low temperature, and a changeover switch 18 is connected at a normally closed first switching contact 18a side. Accordingly, only a heater 10 of the body 9 side is energized, and the temperature of the body 9 is raised. When the set temperature is obtained by a temperature regulator 4, a relay coil 17 is operated by a signal from the means 11, the switch 18 is shifted from the contact 18a to the second switching contact 18b side, thereby heating in the body 1. At this time, the means 11 buried in the body 9 is heated to intend to retain the prescribed impedance, but cooled by the atmospheric air to vary the impedance, the switch 18 is shifted from the contact 18b to the contact 18a side, the heater 3 of the body 1 is again deenergized, and the heater 10 of the body 9 is started for energizing. |
