PURPOSE:To supply pins in no relation to a diameter and length of the pin, by constituting a supplier such that the small pins are transferred through a groove of a grooved rotary drum to a grooved belt parallelly located to the groove and forcibly fed to a guide pipe via an emergency stop roll. CONSTITUTION:Pins 12 in a hopper 8 are put one by one into grooves of a grooved rotary drum 1, held by a cover 7, carried to a bottom end 4, dislocated from the cover 7 and dropped to a groove 4 of a grooved belt 3. The pin 12 placed in the groove 4 passes through the bottom of an emergency stop roller 5, and is pressed into a guide pipe 11 by a forcible feed roller 6 then supplied. When a diameter of the pin is different, the drum 1 and the belt 3 are replaced. The roller 5 detects the generation of abnormality to stop a machine. While supply can be performed in accordance with length and amount of the pin by changing a speed of the drum 1 and the belt 3. In this way, versatility for the diameter and length can be improved. |
