PURPOSE:To simplify construction of a device and easily and surely perform its mechanical adjustment, by constituting the device such that a screw transfer device is connected to a continuous rotary driving source through an intermittently driving means when a semiconductor or the like is linearly transferred intermittently by continuous rotary driving. CONSTITUTION:An intermittently driving means 23 is speed reductively driven by an electric motor 11, while intermittent motion of rotation and stop is performed by an intermittently driving machine, not shown in the drawing, comprising an air cylinder or the like. In this way, screw devices 21a, 21b intermittently rotate and stop to intermittently transfer a transferred article mounting pallet 15. By this constitution, construction can be simplified to easily and surely perform mechanical adjustment. |
