PURPOSE:To drive a tracking error correction section surely, by controlling the tracking error correcting section of a tone arm in response to an output signal of a signal source applying a driving indication output signal to a lifter section to move the tone arm up and down. CONSTITUTION:When a current is applied to a plunger 10, a cam body 8 slides toward the direction B to elevate the arm lifter 7. When the lifter 7 is elevated to the uppermost position and a detection switch 12 is set on, a motor 3 moves a moving body 2 toward the B (record disc center). The sucking of a plunger 10 is stopped by detecting the leading of an output of a sensor 20A, the arm lifter 7 is lifted down and a signal inverted via an inverter is used as a power supply for a tracking error detector 13. The tracking error correction section is controlled with the output signal from different signal sources, allowing to eliminate malfunction. |
