CONTROL METHOD AND DEVICE OF MATERIAL CONVEYANCE

PURPOSE:To improve an instantaneous response characteristic and efficiency, by constituting a device such that control of material conveyance to a material tank of a mixed material use equipment is performed by replacing a material blending equipment to a mathematical model and deciding a selective pattern from a decision tree with a selective objective material tank as a root. CONSTITUTION:A controller 115 is started by a fixed period by a timer 114 and status change of a process 113 to start a condition catcher device 116. The device 116 replaces internal construction of a material distributive device to a mathematical model to input a physical equipment condition theoretical value to a selective point generating device 117, and the device 117 inputs the switching time of scraper operational direction to a device 118. The device 118 spreads a selective pattern to a decision tree to decide a high efficiency pattern and input the pattern to a memory 119 further restart the device 117. The controller 115 outputs a content of the memory 119 to the process 113. In this way, an instantaneous responsive characteristic and efficiency can be improved.
