摘要 PURPOSE:To contrive the facilitation of the manufacture of a solar battery by a method wherein a composition containing the material for forming a P-N junction and that for forming a reflection film is coated, and the P-N junction and the reflection film are formed by the same heat treatment. CONSTITUTION:Acetylacetone, etc. of large coordination power is added to an organo Ti compound into a complex, thus the dispersion of Ti in the composition is enhanced, and a hydrolytic reaction is restrained, accordingly the formation of a uniform refletion film is contrived. The reduction of changes of the composition with time is contrived by adding dopant as ester. Besides, the viscosity and density of the composition are adjusted by adding alcohol. The composition is coated 6 by turning on a semiconductor substrate 1 and heated. First, alcohol evaporates at 150 deg.C or less, next the decomposition of the organic Ti compound and the evaporation of acetylacetone start in the neighborhood of 200 deg.C, then amorphous TiO2 is generated, the dopant turns into glass such as P2O5 and B2O3 and then is doped, a P-N junction is generated on heating further to higher temperature, and the TiO2 advances in crystallization from amorphous to anatase and rutile into the good reflection film 5 as it is. Finally, the battery is completed by adding electrodes 4 and 4'.
