PURPOSE:To exactly carry and separate the tip of transfer paper from a transfer roll by a simple constitution, by providing an air inhaling hole and a transfer paper floating and separating member alternately in one line in the axial direction of a drum-like transfer roll. CONSTITUTION:A photoreceptor 1 and a transfer roll 2 rotate synchronously by engaged gears 19, 20, and when an admission port 17 reaches a part (a), the tip of transfer paper is attracted to the admission port 17, and transfer paper S is carried together with the roll 2. A cam follower 15 for rolling the roll 2 and a concentric circle part 16a of an independent fixed cam 16 runs on the projecting top part of the cam 16, after transfer. In this case, an arm 14 turns clockwise centering around a stay shaft 10, and a rocking plate 11 also turns in the same direction. Therefore, a separating member 12 is projected from the surface of the transfer roll 2, and the tip of the transfer paper S is separated from the surface of the transfer roll 2 against inhaling force. Accordingly, the tip of transfer paper is carried and separated exactly from the transfer roll. |
