PURPOSE:To obtain a press die for reducing a noise generated between a punch and a die of a punching die, especially, an impact sound generated between a stripper and a die element in the course of press work, by constituting so that mass of the stripper is made small and its vibration factor is reduced. CONSTITUTION:A plate material 13 is placed on a stripper block 38 of a die in order to work a product such as a washer, etc. Subsequently, when a punch 12 descends, a die plate runs against a block 38 through the plate material 13, it is made to descend against a coil spring 50, and during that time, the product is punched. On the other hand, when the punch 12 ascends, the block 38 is reset to its upper original position by an action of the spring 50, and during that time, the plate material 13 is separated from an outside diameter punching punch of the die 14. As a result, the block 38 brings on an effect for remarkably reducing vibration and an impact sound which are generated due to a fact that the die plate runs against said block, comparing with the case by a conventional stripper. |
