PURPOSE:To enable to carry out starting smoothly and safely, by a method wherein a hydraulic motor is connected directly with a turbine shaft of a gas turbine and the starting of the gas turbine is done by the hydraulic motor. CONSTITUTION:At the time of starting of a gas turbine, a pump 33 for an auxiliary bearing is started, to begin with, and oil is fed to each turbine bearing 13. Then, the gas turbine is started by starting a hydraulic pump 19 for starting and feeding hydraulic oil to a reversible hydraulic pump 15 after hydraulic interrupting solenoid valve 21 and a return solenoid valve 29 for starting have been opened. When a number of revolutions is arrived at a fixed number of revolutions, a burner 5 is operated secondarily and the number of revolutions is increased by feeding high temperature and high pressure gas to the gas turbine 1. Then, when the number of revolutions arrives at about 60% of a nominal speed, the reversible hydraulic pump 15 is switched from a function of a hydraulic motor to that of a hydraulic pump, solenoid valves 37 and 35 are opened and the solenoid valve 29 is closed after an increase of hydraulic pressure of a discharge pipe B, and then the pump 19 is suspended. |
