<p>The equipment consists of one or more cylindrical drying elements which define a curved stationary surface provided with heaters which evaporate the water retained by the clothes as they advance between the concave face of element and one or more perforated rotary cylinders, provided with means of aspiration which give an outlet for the vapour through the coupling at the ends of the shafts. - Additionally, air is made to circulate between the heaters, passing through the dried and pressed article, assisting entrainment of the humidity, which leaves together with water vapour or entrained water through end couplings.</p> |
