<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the change in the circuit output, by arranging contiguously in parallel the terminals out of series connecting points of a module consisting of four parallel circuits comprising transistors (TRs) and diodes in series/parallel connection, and terminals from each base. CONSTITUTION:The parallel circuits 1, 2, 3, 4 in which the collectors and emitters of the TRs are connected to cathodes and anodes of the diodes are connected in series and parallel, and the resulting circuit is connected to terminals C, E. Bases of each TR are connected to terminals B1, B2, B3 and B4 and each connecting point of the TR is connected to terminals CE1, CE2. The terminals B1-B4, CE1, CE2 are arranged adjacently. To double the capacity of the circuit like this, two modules connecting respective terminals B2 and B4, B1 and B3, and CE1 and CE3 attains the purpose simply.</p> |
